This an old cottage/farmhouse siuated in an idyllic rural setting amongst vineyards and potato fields about 500 metres above the pretty fishing port of San Marcos. There are two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with bidet, a courtyard partly enclosed for comfortable eating in the cooler evenings which is covered by a fruiting vine, a sun terrace with recliners BBQ and table fully enclosed and private with panoramic views down the valley to the sea.
Local Area DetailsThe Finca is a short walk fromm the village centre of Llanito Perera with its local shop and restaurant. It is about 10 mionutes drive to the beach at Sn Marcos where there is good bathing and about 8 restuarants. The market town of Icod DE Los Vinos with its ancient Dragon Tree is also about 10 minutes away as are modern supermarkets etc. There is a local bus service down to Icod every 2 hours or so where the main bus station linking with Puerto De La Cruz and the rest of the Island is situated.
