Our First Florida Villa in Cumbrian Lakes became available from June 2004. It has a beautiful outlook. It overlooks a beautiful lake with fountain and its enlarged deck with enlarged pool is bathed in Florida sunshine all day long. Once you have stayed in our beautiful villa you will want to come back to visit again and again.

Cumbrian Lakes in Kissimmee is a new gated community of up-market executive homes with pools landscaped around three lakes. Ideally located just 10 miles from Walt Disney World and close to a host of restaurants, shops, and other Orlando attraction parks.

Our 5 bed roomed home is luxuriously furnished to the highest standards, is fully air-conditioned and is fitted with a security alarm system. There are three bathrooms and two other toilets It is situated in a quiet close with seven other houses. It has a south westerly aspect which guarantees Florida sunshine all day long on its large extended deck with extended pool with spa. It can sleep up to 10-12.

The open plan kitchen and breakfast nook looks out over the pool. The family room has comfortable lounge furniture, is equipped with 32 inch colour cable television, DVD and CD player. The large sliding windows lead out to a lanai and on to the pool area and are fitted with child security alarms. The kitchen is fitted with every appliance you will require: cooker, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer/ icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, automatic electric kettle, waste disposal and dishwasher, together with crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. The kitchen has a handy breakfast bar. The separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are separate dining room and living room - tastefully furnished - giving peace and tranquillity for adults.

The home has an UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM. This has a King size double bed, its own television, walk-in closets, large en-suite bathroom, including twin vanities, bathtub and separate shower unit. It also has a balcony to sit out on and enjoy the Florida Sunsets. This overlooks the private pool and the lake.

Two other bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a Queen size double bed and the other has Twin beds. These share an additional bathroom. The double bedroom has a television with DVD player.

There are two bedrooms downstairs, one Queen sized double bed and one with twin beds. The double has sliding door access to the private pool. These two share a bathroom downstairs. The double bedroom again has a television with DVD player.

In addition there is a games loft with comfortable seating, Sony PlayStation 2, TV and full size Table Football.

There is a beautiful outlook over a lake and fountain.
The home has its own private enlarged heated pool which overlooks the lake and fountain which is illuminated in the evenings. There is a spa pool adjacent to the swimming pool. The large sundeck has a separate shower and toilet, which means you don't have to come into the house from the pool! There is a covered lanai for al fresco dining and this lanai is large and affords shade.

There are walks around the lakes and trails in the nearby woods. Cumbrian Lakes has a childrens' play area.

It is an ideal centre for your Florida Holiday. Close to Disney and other attractions,including many championship golf courses.

Local Area Details

Our First Florida Villa at Cumbrian Lakes is convenient for all the Florida Theme Parks and attractions.
These include the famous World Disney World which consists of Four theme parks - Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom as well as two water parks and more.
Also there is Universal Studios which consists of Universal Studios itself and Islands of Adventure.
Also close by is Sea World the theme park with killer whales and dolphins
and Discovery Cove where you can actually swim with dolphins.
The Kennedy Space Center is only under an hours drive away. Tour where the shuttles are launched - approx 40 miles trip to the East coast
Then there is Busch Gardens - a theme park approx 50 miles away on the West coast.
