Full kitchen, including dishwasher. All linens, fully furnished. Overlooks lake; good for swimming and fishing. Canoe is provided. Refrigerator is stocked with various foods for breakfast, so it's almost like an unhosted B&B. This is a three-season property, available from early Spring to late Fall.
Local Area DetailsThis out in the coutry yet near Burlington, Vermont's largest city--not very large by any other standards, but a college town with many cultural activities. Many of our guests visit the Shelburne Museum, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, and the Vermont Teddy Bear Company. Some use it as a low-cost but lovely place to stay during conferences or other business in the greater Burlington area. For others, it's just a great getaway.

| Price includes everything--all utilities, linens, even various foods stocked in the refrigerator. The only addition is Vermont's 9 percent rooms tax. We prefer rentals for full weeks, but sometimes have shorter-term availabilities during slower times. |
