This spacious villa is situated in the nice quiet and relaxing urbanisation of Jardin Del Mar. Torrevieja.
The property is well equipt and maintained to the highest standard.
It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to a large private balcony. One twin bedroom is upstairs and one is downstairs which is ideal for the elderly or for children. There is a family bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower, and a bathroom downstairs with a toilet and shower.
On entrance there is a large tiled patio area with room for off street parking and a car-port.
Upstairs is a spacious rooftop solarium with garden furniture.
The communal swimming pool is just around the corner, 1 minute away.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, hob/oven, wasing machine
and a water purifier (no need to buy water).
There are 2 free standing fans and a ceiling fan.
For the children there is a PS1 with games, playing cards, draughts and chess.
There is a hairdryer for your use.
Local Area DetailsThere is lots to do and see in the local area.
Close by is Carrefour hypermarket which sells absolutely everything, and Caprabo supermarket 2 minutes away. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance which are spanish, chinese, indian, irish, and english.
For the children there is a big aquapark, a bowling alley a cinema and the beautiful park of nations.
Torrevieja town and beaches are five minutes by car or there is a regular bus services which stops very close by.
It is a 40 minute drive to Alicante airport and 30 minutes to Murcia.

There is a small charge for air conditioning which is situated downstairs only.
