This is a luxurious 4 bed, 3 bath south facing villa which was built in 2003.

The villa has 2 beautiful master suites both having direct pool access. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen. They both have cable TV.

There are a further two bedrooms – both are twin rooms and they share a family bathroom.

There is the added bonus of two separate lounges - a great room and a formal living room. Both lounges have direct pool access via patio doors. The great room is well equipped with Cable TV, DVD/VCR, a selection of books and an ever increasing supply of CD’s and DVD’s. The formal lounge is somewhere guests can enjoy some peace and quiet after a hectic day at the parks.

The open plan kitchen has a breakfast seating nook overlooking the pool and is well equipped with all modern appliances including fridge freezer with ice maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and a huge selection of cups, glasses, plates and saucepans and a frying pan. There is also a boom box.

A separate laundry room is equipped with washer, drier, steam iron and ironing board.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and there are child alarms fitted to all doors leading to the pool.

Outside the plot is south facing meaning all day sunshine. There is a large lanai area which provides plenty of shade throughout the day and it is equipped with loungers, chairs and two tables allowing guests to dine alfresco. The large pool and spa can be heated and have underwater lighting for taking a night time dip.

The villa is equipped with a telephone, Cable TV, DVD/VCR player, a boom box, books, all linen and towels (incl beach) plus all modern appliances in the kitchen & laundry rooms.

There is a free cot and high chair provided in the villa for families with babies.

We are also planning to add a games area to the villa in May 2005.

Local Area Details

The villa is located on the prestigious Tuscan Ridge community, which houses a mix of residential and rental owners. Backing onto a pine forest, Tuscan Ridge is located on the US27, which is less than 5 minutes drive to the Interstate 4 – allowing a quick and easy route to Disney and other attractions. Within less than 5 minutes are two great golf courses – Highlands Reserve and ChampionsGate. There is also large Publix supermarket and selection of shops and restaurants nearby.

Onsite at Tuscan Ridge, guests can enjoy a game of tennis or use the brand new clubhouse. Coming soon to the community is a children's play area.
