A spacious lounge/ diner with well equipped corner kitchen with large cooking range, dishwasher and all utensils, cutlery and dishes to feed an army!
A fire place with log burner, T.V. with d.v.d, video and all English free view channels, very comfortable 3 piece suite, large table to seat at least 8, and radio/cassette/C.D. player.
A further room to the back contains the tall larder fridge, chest deepfreeze and washing machine and leads to the roomy shower/toilet room, stairs to the bedrooms and a door out to the private garden.
The private garden has a table and 6 chairs shaded with a gazebo, brick b.b.q. and a private 15ft. round, approx. 4ft deep above ground swim/plunge pool (making it safer for children)
There is private parking in the drive alongside the house.
