The first and second floor two bedroom apartments are similar, both with a hallway from the entrance off which there are two twin bedrooms a shower room with toilet and a full bathroom. At the end of the hallway there is a small but well equipped kitchen divided by breakfast bar from a comfortable lounge and a balcony offering fabulous views of the bay of Pollensa and Pine walk. The ground floor starts with a large kitchen and a shower room at half basement level. Dawn a narrow corridor off which there are two small twin rooms with a bathroom you reach the lounge area with French doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs looking out to sea. The attic has sloping ceiling which affects standing room in parts. It consists of a double bed with suitable wardrobe with cupboard space, a compact shower room with toilet and simple kitchen facilities including hob, sink and a small fridge. The studio leads out onto a huge furnished roof- top terrace with fabulous views and sun all day.
