El Presidente is a luxury complex located between San Pedro and Estepona, just 6 kilometres from Puerto Banus. The complex benefits from five communal swimming pools (one heated during the winter months) and five tennis/paddle-tennis courts, and is just a short walk from the beach and within easy access of all facilities including bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets.
This luxury 2-bedroom/2-bathroom west-facing, first floor, corner apartment is situated on the new-phase of El Presidente. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and consists of a master bedroom with double-bed and en-suite bathroom, twin-bedroom with bathroom adjacent and lounge and dining area with satellite TV, leading out onto the large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. The fully-equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher and microwave. This property also benefits from having hot and cold air conditioning which is included in the rental cost, satellite TV and video and music system. There is also an extra pull-out bed in the second bedroom to accommodate a fifth person.
Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more a change of linen is also included.
Additional services available to all renters include extra maid service, airport collection and hire of cots, high chairs etc.
