JANSFLORIDAVILLA is a spacious 5 bed 4 bathroom home situated on The Palms Lake Davenport Estates -an established community just south of the junction of the 192 /27. Fully furnished with 5 good sized bedrooms, a dining room, breakfast nook and a spacious family room Jansfloridavilla is the perfect place to spend your Floridian holiday
Living Areas:
The family living area is open plan to the breakfast nook and kitchen so even if mum (or dad) are making breakfast they are still close to the family. There are three sofas- two 3 seaters and a two and a large tv with dvd player video player and 3 disc stereo. The cow themed kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance both small and large -from fridge to juicer and blender and there is a plentiful supply of crockery cutlery and glassware and serving dishes. There is a formal dining area , but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook which has great views over the pool area. The laundry room is close by and means you don't need to take home dirty laundry !
Master Bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom is an ensuite with King size bed. Tastefully decorated in white and gold with a chinese theme , there is plenty of drawer space and a large walk in closet.The master has a tv/dvd combo as well as a clock radio and ceiling fan .It over looks the pool area on the ground floor
The second master bedroom has a king bed and is decorated in soothing lilac and silver tones.Overlooking the front of the house the queen room has a large walk in shower ensuite.
The third room is a queen .This one is decorated with red and gold and reflects an Indian theme and has a built in wardrobe for hanging space. The third room is a twin bedded room.Decorated with butterflies or if you orefer Tinkerbell -this room over looks the pool area from the second floor . These 2 rooms share the dolphin themed family bathroom Downstairs the fifth bedroom has twin beds.It has a stars and stripes theme .Here you will find the PC with printer.This room has the benefit of its own Winnie -the -Pooh themed bathroom and makes an ideal childrens suite.
All bedrooms have TV and ceiling fans.
Exterior:
The pool area at the back of the house has an extended deck with hot tub and with the west facing pool we get the sunshine all day from noon until sunset even in winter.There are enough padded loungers and chairs for 10 people as well as two tables with umbrellas and a covered lanai area .The area around the pool is planted with attractive shrubs. We have a BBQ /grill free for you to use should you want to cook and eat out doors. All areas with access to the pool are alarmed for your peace of mind. The garage area houses our games room with pool table ,airhockey and table football so you can relax and have some family fun.

The Palms Lake Davenport is ideally situated on highway 27 just 1.5 miles south of the junction with the 192 .You can reach the main park areas in around 10-12 mins and the space or gulf coasts in around 1.5 hours. The community is a nice mixture of residential and holiday homes and offers a tranquil retreat after the hectic nature of the parks. Within 1/2 mile south there is Publix supermarket and in 3/4 mile north you have a Wal mart Super store .Within 1 mile north you will find a Sweetbay ,Walgreens and a post office as well as being very close to the 192 and all it has to offer in the way of shops and restaurants.
