It is on the 7th and last floor of the building, which has two elevators.The building is classic, with 24h concierge, internal TV network. Our studio is in the safest part of Rio de Janeiro !
The apartment is in excellent condition. It may sleep 2 to 3 adults comfortably (maximum 4 adults allowed), and has an area of about 400 sq. ft. The bathroom and the kitchen are functional and well-equipped, the living-room has a beautiful Brazilian mahogany floor.
Ipanema beach is the "hippest" and most secure beach in Rio de Janeiro today. You will be where everything is "happening" in Rio de Janeiro, in Ipanema, and only three blocks away from Copacabana famous beach. It is very rare to find such charming and well-located studios in Ipanema. You will definitely be in the perfect place to enjoy the "carioca" way of life. Grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, post office, internet cafes are around the corner. Everywhere is very close in Ipanema.
