The property is situated on Las Ramblas golf course & a further 2 golf courses are within 5 minutes of the property. The property has stoned gardens front & rear, there is a featured swimming pool 50 yards away, it has ample parking and is close to numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The many beaches are only a five minute drive away.
The interior of the bungalow is furnished to a high standard. The downstairs comprises of a through lounge and dining room, marble floors are consistent throughout. The kitchen area is to the right and is fully equipped.
Both double bedrooms are to the rear of the property, the master bedroom has a double bed & an en-suite shower room with French doors opening onto a rear garden. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have built-In wardrobes.There is also a beautifully tiled family bathroom complete with shower & bidet. A large roof top solarium is available with sun loungers & patio furniture.
Local Area DetailsThe cities of Alicante & Murcia are within 30 mins drive & the resort of Benidorm is 1 a hour drive to the north. There are numerous beaches within easy reach & also a large water park.
