The apartment complex was built in 2002 and it has a large swimming pool, two paddle courts, beautiful gardens, underground garage, elevators, and private security. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 25m2 living-dining room, tastefully furnished, satellite tv, and all appliances. It has a 15m2 terrace with a parasol, ideal for dining while watching the sunset over the ocean. If you need more space, there’s also a 50m2 solarium.
Just a few steps from the apartment complex, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and shops. The entire resort was designed for relaxation in an environmentally friendly, cosmopolitan atmosphere. It has parks, gardens, lakes and promenades. The beach has 4 km of fine sand and has been awarded with the Blue flag by the EU commission. It is considered one of the top 20 resorts by the World Tourism Organization. It is 20 minutes from Jerez international airport.

Local Area DetailsIn Costa Ballena you will find spa, restastaurants, sailing school, horse-back riding, shopping, and a plethora of activites to keep you occupied everyday. Spain largest national park, Doñana, is only 10km away. This area is known worldwide for its excellent sherry, wines and spirits. A visit to the spectacular wine cellars is a must. The local cuisine is based on fresh seafood fished in the area. The whole resort is surrounded by many historical sites dating back to the pre-roman era.
