The property has two double bedrooms; both have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and bed side tables.
The kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample cooking / dining utensils.
A door from the kitchen leads you to a spacious outside drying and storage area.
The spacious air conditioned through lounge dining room consists of dining table and chairs, TV, DVD Player, music system, many DVD movies and CD'S for all the family, and children's board games. There's a settee which opens up into a double bed, armchair, coffee table, and various other extras.
At the front of the property there's a private tiled terraced area, which is ideal for total relaxation.
The terraced area leads onto the private, large, corner plot garden, with views to the swimming pool.
Garden furniture consists of table and chairs, umbrella and sun loungers allowing you to either soak up the Mediterranean sun shine or (if you prefer) to relax in the shade.

The property is situated just 20 minutes drive from either Alicante or Murcia airport.
All bed linen and towels are freshly supplied. Unfortunately beach towels are not supplied.

A non-refundable deposit of Ã‚Â£50.00 is required to secure your rental booking.
A refundable damage deposit of Ã‚Â£100 is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental period. The Ã‚Â£100 will be returned to you at the end of your rental period, subject to no breakages / damage and on the return of our properties keys.
The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental period.
If more than 4 persons are in your rental party (up to a maximum of 6 persons) an additional Ã‚Â£20 for each extra person, per week, is required.
