We have 4 bedrooms 2 with en-suites and 2 twins.The 1st master has a king size bed with TV, VCR, corner bath and large shower. The 2nd master is accessible for a wheelchair user. It has a queen bed large roll-in shower, TV and VCR.The two twin rooms share a bathroom one has a TV,VCR the other TV and CD player. All our bedrooms have the added benifit of ceiling fans even though we have air conditioning fans are essential during the summer months.
Our main living area is spacious and comprises of the lounge ,dining area and kitchen. We have comfortable seating with upgraded furnishings,TV, VCR,DVD,CD player and PlayStation2 videos and family games left for your use.The sofa pulls out to sleep the final two people making ten are total.
Our new games room has a pool table and air hockey is ideal for all the family.
The kitchen has all the domestic appliances you need. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. All linen and towels are provided.
Outside relax and enjoy Florida's fantastic weather in our pool and spa. The spa can double as a childrens paddling pool. We have sun loungers and outside dining furniture. Enjoy your evening BBQ left for your use and watch The Magic Kingdoms fireworks from your own patio.
Our home is beautifully decorated and well maintained as we visit 3 times a year and have a local management on call 24 hours a day in case you require their assistance during your stay.
Local Area DetailsOur luxury villa is situated in Indian Creek a quiet new community superbly located for all Orlandos theme parks, just off the 192 being one of the closest to Diney Parks.There are many family restaurants under 1 mile from our home including TGI Friday and the Outback Steak House.The community has tennis and basketball courts, childrens play area and field. We have left sporting equipment at the house to use whilst staying there.
