Located in a pleasant residential area a short distance along the road leading into Cala San Vicente with all the resorts' amenities including its fine, sandy beaches within a short stroll. There are both sun and shaded terraces by the poolside which is partly shielded from a neighbouring villa by a brush fence. The terrace is complete with a built-in barbecue. Inside, the villa is simply and traditionally furnished in the style of a typical Majorcan home with one full bathroom plus a separate toilet and wash basin.
The shaded terrace at the poolside is a lovely spot to relax.

Local Area DetailsCala San Vicente cleverly retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island without spoiling the essential simplicity of its original intrinsic charm. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive `Cavall Bernat' mountain, much loved by artists, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley which leads down to two secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. This is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes and restaurants grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland. The whole setting must surely be one of the most pleasant and peaceful in the whole of Majorca. Although all this may paint the picture of complete isolation, a five minute drive takes you out of the valley to Puerto Pollensa in one direction, and the beautiful, historic Old Town of Pollensa in the other. The people of Cala San Vicente have been playing host to discerning visitors from Britain for many years now. Their friendly, welcoming disposition will make you feel instantly at home.
