Property Details
Our flats are the perfect way to spend your holiday, complete freedom and flexibility are yours the whole time. You have your own front door keys and may come and go as you please eg flexible meal times. Each unit has its own kitchen and bathroom facilities. They are all fully furnished, have colour TV's, kitchen/kitchenette, full size cookers, microwaves, kettles, toasters and bedlinen. Irons and ironing boards are available.
We are a quiet, family-orientated business and we don't accept single-sex groups, couples and families only. The premises are CCTV monitored. Parking is available, though limited, so this must be ordered upon booking.
All flats are cleaned top a high standard, and we repectfully request that no undue mess is left at the end of your stay. We are open all year and special rates are available to OAPs in May/June.
Local Area DetailsThe Beach View is ideally situated just 4 doors from the promenade, some of our flats have a sea view, which is great first thing in the morning and ideal for watching sunsets in the evening. We are local to all amenities, local shops, supermarket, restaurants, bank, motorway link road, airport and local transportation which is buses and trams. We are also adjacent to the Pleasure Beach fun park and the Sandcastle aqua complex(3 minutes away), so it's great for the kids too.
