Property Details
A luxury villa built in 2002 on the side of a small mountain with views of the sea, salt lakes, mountain ranges and vineyards. The accommodation comprises of 3 floors with a double bedroom, en suite, two twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom, a lounge and dining area, kitchen and utility on the first floor. The ground floor has two double bedrooms, both with en-suite and a large lounge area. The third floor is the roof terrace or Solarium with gas barbeque and seating area. All floors are accessed via an internal staircase. Both lounges have air conditioning/heating units and all rooms have ceiling fans and all windoes have roller shutters. All bedrooms have a hair dryer and dress mirrors and there are washing an ironing facilities. The villa is equipped and furnished to a very high standard. There is a satellite TV in one of the lounges and a TV and DVD in the lower lounge. The nearest town is San Miguel is a 5 minute drive away. The area is served by two airports: Murcia and Alicante are a 30 and 45 minutes car drive respectively. There is a bar and a restaurant at Lakeview Mansions.
Local Area DetailsThe nearest town of San Miguel de Salinas is a five minute drive. This town has good restaurants and bars and plenty of other shops including several supermarkets. The capital city of the Costa Blanca is Torrevieja and this is a 15 minute drive from the villa. This is a large town with many restaurants and bars to satisfy all tastes and there is also a marina and promenade. Benidorm is only just over an hour in the car.There is a street market along the promenade during holiday times. There is a Water Park on the way to Torrevieja. Details of all local amenities are included in an Information Pack that can be found in the villa.
