Surrounded by an attractive Mediterranean garden (3000 sqm) with hugh palm-trees, oleander, bougainvillea, pond and a lovely swimming pool (9 x 6 m) this unusual and tastefully furnished L-shaped property, which consists of a main house with tower (250 sqm, sleeps 4-6) and adjoining studio apartment (50 sqm, sleeps 2, separate entrance) is ideally suited to a group of friends holidaying together or a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.
Open all year, also winter-rental (central-heating).
Max. occupation of the villa is 8 persons (children included).
A car is recommended.
