Well appointed shaker style kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, microwave Fridge and 3 drawer freezer. Dining area for 4 people. Garage with space for 1 car and bicycles.
Local Area DetailsThe village of Reydon provides two shops, a Post Office, the Randolph Hotel which is building a reputation for very good food and the sports facilities of the Felicity Sports Club. Only a ten minute drive to the sandy beach at Walberswick, forest walks at Dunwich and the RSPB Bird Reserve. Boat trips, sailing, fishing and golf are all available from Southwold and further afield is a variety of entertainment for all the family's interests including farm parks, farmers' markets, the Norfolk Broads, historical houses and towns and beautiful gardens.
