This charming 300 year old thatched cottage has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard and extended to provide luxurious holiday cottage accommodation for five adults. Wonderful garden and sea views from the window seat, kitchen and two bedrooms.
Large open plan lounge with bay window, vaulted oak beams, feature fireplace and solid oak flooring.
Separate dining area seats 8.
Cosy library/reading area.
Fully fitted farmhouse pine kitchen (integrated electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast bar).
Three bedrooms , two double en-suite and one small single.
Two full sized luxury bathrooms (walk in power showers, separate double ended baths, under floor heating, heated towel rails, fitted hair dryers).
Gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout.
Entrance lobby has a separate cloakroom and w/c.
Little Orchard Cottage is located between the beach and the garden making the best of both worlds it is an ideal cottage for a great Irish self catering holiday.
Apart from finding a well-equipped and comfortable cottage ready and waiting for you arrival, you will also find some basic domestic starter supplies. These will include toilet paper, some washing up liquid and a cleaning agent for the bathroom.
Each cottage has two telephone line connections to enable guests to have both telephone and internet communications simultaneously should you require one or both lines connected please advise us at the time of booking your cottage. Guests are responsible for all telephone charges.
Each cottage has independent smoke and Heat Detector and Alarm System. The smoke alarm system is internal to each cottage and operates in the event of excessive smoke. The heat detector system in each cottage is connected direct to the fire station via a call center and operates only when the temperature exceeds a given level. In the event of a false call out by misuse or tampering with the system the guest will be responsible for the substantial call out charge made by the fire brigade.

| For 3 day stay or extra please ask for prices. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% (or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival. Electricity is included in rental charge. We provide linen at no extra charge. Duvets, covers, sheets and pillowcases are provided and personal towels and teatowels will also be provided, but this will exclude swimming and beach towels. Please note that you should bring linen for cots in all cases, including pillows and blankets or duvets. The Visitor and members of his/her party are asked to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. We reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory condition. The cottages have a car park for guests only and visitors are requested to park in the car park at all times except when unloading or loading cases etc. on arrival or departure. If you bring a bicycle/s on holiday, please do not take them into the cottage. Please do not arrive at your holiday cottage before 4pm and not later than 7pm. Full instructions on how to get here will be sent to you on confirmation of you holiday. On the morning of departure, please leave your cottage by 10am to allow our staff sufficient time to prepare the property for our next guests. We ask that you please leave the property as you found it. Please do not move furniture as this can cause damage both to the furniture and to the property. Each cottage except Honeymoon and Garden are suitable for children under normal supervision. We can provide a cot and high chair. The cot, which may be a travel cot and high chair are available free of charge but must be requested in advance. Please note that guests should provide their own cot bedding as well as rubber undersheets for young children using the beds. Linen is not available for cots. Guide dogs accompanying blind or partially sighted guests and hearing dogs accompanying deaf guests are accepted in all the cottages. No charge is made for guide or hearing dog with you. We regret that no dogs, domestic pets or other animals or birds can be accepted in our cottages. |
