FISHING [fresh water] We really are spoiled for choice here. In Carnlough we have the Glencloy and Cranny rivers to fish no permits necessary [brown trout and sea trout] Above Carnlough are the lakes, day permits can be obtained for these in the Londonderry Arms. The Glenariffe, Cushendall and Cushendun Rivers can be fished with a permit from O Neills Sports shop in Cushendall, Tel 02821772009

WALKS.The Ulster Way winds itself through the glens and up over the Antrim plateau, then there is the Glenarm forest walk, the Cranny Falls and Quarry walk in Carnlough, Glenariffe forest and river walk and all the walks along the shore in between


PONY TREKING. At Water Top farm you can pony trek and also taste the authentic farming life of the Antrim glens in a friendly educational atmosphere.
