5 superb barn conversions set around a cobbled courtyard in 80 private acres. 2-4 bedrooms sleeping 2-8. Attractively decorated with quality furnishings throughout, the cottages make charming holiday homes and provide all the comforts expected from quality holiday accommodation. Fully equipped with microwaves, fridge/freezers, washer/dryers, electric ovens and gas hobs. All cottages also benefit from double glazing and central heating.
We have a large childrens play area with a selection of activities, pygmy goats for petting, BBQ area (gas BBQ's provided) and a picnic area.
For the comfort of others smoking is not permitted in the cottages.
Well behaved pets are welcome.

Local Area DetailsExmouth with its long sandy beach is only a short drive away, or alternatively you may wish to explore the little seaside towns, coves and harbours which still retain their charm and quaintness.
Inland there is the city of Exeter with its magnificent Cathedral and Guildhall.
Dartmoor is a vast area of green, broken by rocky tors, where relics of the bronze age as well as settlement sites and stone circles can still be seen.
There are a number of family activities in the area including Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Park and Gardens, Paignton Zoo and The World of Country Life.
There are also river cruises and fishing trips from Exmouth and Topsham.
