Air-conditioned 2 Bedroom apartment on upper floor in 'townhouse style'development. Sleeps 4 in twin bedded rooms. Lounge convertible for 2 more people.
2 newly refurbished bathrooms (1 family bathroom & 1 en-suite shower room)
Balcony with sea views.
Attractive swimming pool & beautiful gardens.
Close to beach & all amenities.
Sky satellite TV, DVD, CD/radio cassette.
Fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, full size cooker, microwave, washing machine etc.
Rooms are large and airy with marble floors throughout.
The 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Cot hire is available (£18 per week or you can borrow the travel cot free of charge - bring your own cot bedding) The lounge/dining room is large & well furnished. There is a colour TV with DVD player & a small supply of DVD's (there is a hire shop nearby). Sky Digital TV is installed giving all UK channels + some Sky channels. There is a CD player/radio cassette.
Linen is provided (sheets, blankets, pillowcases, teatowels & 1 towel per person. There is a supply of beach towels which can be borrowed but must be left clean in the apartment when you leave).
There is no extra charge for laundry, gas or electricity.
The apartment is cleaned & sheets laundered between lets.
As well as air-conditioning, there are 2 electric fans (hot or cold) & 2 electric radiators.
From the lounge there are wall to wall sliding patio doors onto the balcony. There are games & books etc along with tourist details & maps. A local company (Cariba Sol) look after the property & are on hand in case of any problems.

Local Area DetailsApartment is on the Riviera del Sol development (midway between Fuengirola & Marbella). There are bars, restaurants, car hire, supermarket, money change, entertainment, taxi rank etc nearby.
The beach is 5/10 mins walk away (over a footbridge). 2 beach bars are nearby.
Car hire is not essential as there is a good bus service nearby. Day trips to Granada, Seville, Gibraltar, Mijas, to name just a few.
Large weekly market in Fuengirola is recommended.
Aqua Park and Tivoli World Amusement Park are popular with young and old alike.
The nearest golf course is Miraflores (5 mins drive from apartment)
