Property Details
Bosayne Cottage is situated to the rear of Bosayne Guest House. It has one bedroom with a double and single bed, and shower room; bed linen and towels are provided. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen / lounge/ diner. The cottage comes fully equipped i.e. cooking utensils and crockery. It has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, also a colour television,video recorder and DVD player, and a CD player/radio.
Bosayne is just metres from the coast path, yet only a few minutes walk to Tintagel village with all its amenities, restaurants, pubs, shops, King Arthur’s Castle and the Old Post Office, etc. An excellent touring base for Cornwall and parts of Devon, places such as the Eden Project are only a 40 minute drive away.
Arrival is after 3.00pm on the Saturday, and departure by 10.00am on the following Saturday. However, we do ask that you contact us a couple of days prior to arrival to confirm the time. (Out of season it may sometimes be possible to arrive earlier by arrangement.)
Please note that pets are welcome by arrangement only.

| A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable upon booking. The balance of the total holiday cost (75%) is payable four weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Bookings within four weeks of arrival require full payment. The cottage will be available from 3.00pm on arrival date. Departure is 10.00am on final morning of booking
If the client does not pay the balance fee at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event the deposit will be forfeited. If the client cancels after the booking is confirmed (notification of which must be given in writing) the full amount of the rent is payable, unless the property can be re-let. We therefore strongly recommend holiday insurance.
If we are able to re-let the accommodation (and every effort we be made to do so) all monies paid will be refunded, less the deposit. This is in accordance with the terms and conditions approved by the Cornish Tourist Board.
Short term stays are welcome out of high season - Pricing will reflect duration of stay |
