Unique downtown beachfront location, 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive along the seafront to the Old Port of Cannes, the Festival Hall, restaurants, nightlife and shopping along la Croisette and rue d'Antibes.
Elegantly decorated and furnished in Provençal style, the Cannes vacation rental is on two levels (garage parking, laundry and wine cellar are in the basement). The flooring is white travertine marble throughout and there is an internal walled garden with a terrace floodlit at night under a giant umbrella palm. The entrance hall, the living room, the dining room, the study, the kitchen and the guest toilet are on the ground floor (rez-du-jardin).

There are three bedrooms on the first floor of this French Riviera holiday home: a master bedroom with its own large balcony; it is furnished with a Queen size bed, adjoins an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room. There are two further bedrooms with two single beds in each, a second bathroom and a separate toilet. This Cannes vacation villa sleeps six in comfort and style. Amenities include wide-screen satellite TV, DVD, VCR, Panasonic Hi-Fi Music Centre, Wi-Fi ADSL (2048 Kb) and an international telephone connection.

Unusually close to the centre of town for a villa in Cannes, this Côte d'Azur property is just 50 meters from the beach, yet situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood directly opposite the Collège International de Français which teaches French to foreign students all year round in the beautifully restored 19th century buildings of the Fondation Santa Maria. The complex includes a historical chapel and occupies an entire city block down to the sea.

The Boulevard du Midi runs right along the seashore from this Côte d’Azur holiday home. It is a great stretch of fine, champagne-coloured sand several miles long�a place to lie and to relax, to sunbathe and to enjoy the view of yachts on the Bay of la Napoule running before the wind with multi-coloured spinnakers ballooning in the breeze, or to jog for miles along the beach. Snack bars, cafés and restaurants line the boulevard all the way to the Old Port, the Festival Hall and world famous la Croisette. After a day in the hot French Riviera sun, the beach is only a minute away from a refreshing shower and a glass of cold rosé in the garden under the shade of an umbrella palm.
After the hectic spring and summer months, Cannes offers vacationers a different festival every month from October through to April: mimosa, music, dance...as well as antiques fairs and the attractions of regular weekly produce and brocante markets.
On a sunny day from November through March one can lunch at a beach restaurant just minutes away from the Festival Hall and soak up the sun under clear, blue skies, between the turquoise of the sea and the white, snow-capped, pre-Alpine peaks surrounding Nice.
Traffic is normally light at this time of the year and fashion shopping along the rue d'Antibes and the la Croisette is great, the nightlife is varied and the majority of the restaurants are open with enclosed glass areas for dining right by the sea. Life can be wonderful...!

RESERVATION: The property may be reserved for up to 4 working days until a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total rent is received. The balance of 75% must be received no later than 60 days before arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the deposit is forfeit. The Security/Damage Deposit of €1,000 may be paid at the same time or in cash upon arrival. Payment is accepted by Euro bank cheque, direct transfer to a nominated bank account or MasterCard/VISA using PayPal. The Security/Damage Deposit is refunded upon departure or within 30 days thereafter depending upon circumstances. An Exit Ccleaning Charge of €100 is applicable. Electricity consumption for air-conditioning is charged at cost from meter readings.
