Property Details
Harrington House Bed and Breakfast is a large elegant turn of the century home in the prettiest/friendliest town in the Valley. We offer four large quiet rooms for your enjoyment, the main room has an ensuite bath, the other rooms have shared bath. All rooms have high quality queen sized beds and large thick fluffy towels. We offer a buffet breakfast each morning between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know at time of booking so we can be prepared for your arrival.
Our House is best suited to adults and children over 12. Rooms are on the second floor and may be a problem for those unable to climb stairs. We have a large back deck for guests and extensive gardens that are quiet and private.
Cable television, board games and a reading area/games room are available for our guests, plus our property and gardens offer a number of tranquil spots to read, enjoy a cup of tea and a quiet moment. Bridgetown and the surrounding area is an excellent base for a vacation, being in the centre of western Nova Scotia. The town and surrounding areas have a variety of attractions, parks and sites for you to see and enjoy, and Halifax, Lunenberg, Yarmouth and Wolfville are easily within reach in 60 to 90 minutes.
