Our cottage is on an 1 acre landscaped lot with an awesome panoramic view of the ocean, it boasts a LARGE wrap around patio, complete with patio furniture and barbeque. The cottage itself is really a new home with all the amendities you'll ever need, including all linens, bedding , towels etc.
It has a washer and dryer, clothes line, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans etc, fridge, stove, microwave.
LIVING ROOM IS LARGE , satelite tv, new comfy furnishings, air conditioning, air exchanger, huge picture window for your viewing.
Dining area seats 8, large bay windows overlooking the bay.
Master bedroom , Queen size antique 4 poster bed, large closet,dresser,clock radio, nice size room.
2nd bedroom 2 antique single beds, dresser, large closet, also 1/2 bath.
Bathroom is fully equiped, towels soap, shampoo, handcream etc, it has 2 showers, bathtub large sky light ,washer and dryer.
This cottage also has a telephone, large basement, plenty of parking room, and 1 awesome panoramic view of the ocean.Internet access is available at the owners residence if required, owners residence is close by,St.Martins is a very safe and secure area.

Local Area Details

St.Martins is a small quaint fishing village situated on the Bay of Fundy,35 minutes from the historic city of Saint John New Brunswick.
We boast the HIGHEST TIDES IN THE WORLD ,
the Beautiful FUNDY TRAIL winding along the coast, you can walk it, drive it, bike it or take our shuttle bus its spectacular.
There are pristine beaches for 3 miles,sea caves to explore, ocean floors to walk on and collect shells or just sun bathe.
Tour our village with the victorian sea captains homes, visit the shops, walk through the harbour where the fishing boats come and go.
The tourist information centre and park, museum,see the highest tides in the world rushing through a narrow channel at the working LIGHT HOUSE.
There is 2 covered bridges , exotic animal farm and petting zoo, kayaking rentals and tours, bike rentals, summer old home week, parade, suppers, live entertainment.We have a great antique car show too.
We are only 1 1/2 hours from the city of Moncton, and 3 hours from Prince Edward Island to the longest expansion bridge in the world , we are about 3 hours from Nova Scotia.
So theres lots to do or see, OR JUST COME AND RELAX.
