The house is located in the country and is entirely independent (access included) and the garden is fully enclosed. In a superb garden of 2500 square meters with many species of trees, there is a large swimming-pool (12 by 5 meters) surrounded by big areas to lie in the sun. The pool is 2 yard a half meters deep at its deepest. It can be lit by 2 spotlights. Close to the pool, a fountain whose soothing sound you will enjoy while having your meals in a garden lounge sheltered in the shade of tall trees. A big lawn surrounds the whole as well as a tall hedge which hides the fence and protects your privacy which cannot be disturbed. Your peace is guaranteed.
