The sun terrace has 3 sunbeds, a table with 4 chairs and a sunshade. There is also a small portable barbecue.

Outside there is a children's play area and shared swimming pool (7m x 13m), with an adjacent children's pool. The villas are set in well tended, and mainly lawned gardens, with a shared tennis court.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with queen size double bed, en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobe. Twin bedroom with view towards gardens and tennis court. Upstairs loft conversion has twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and sitting area, only suitable for children.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to Master bedroom has shower, wc and bidet. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, wc and bidet. Upstairs children's bedroom has en suite shower, toilet and bidet.

Kitchen: Electric oven, gas and electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen table which seats up to 6 people. Utility: Ironing board and iron.

Living Room: Three piece suite, with additional easy chair. Coffee table, bookcase, satellite TV and DVD player. French doors leading to sun terrace.

Entrance hall with storage space for tennis rackets etc. Leading to kitchen on left, living room on right and straight in front, door to back hall leading to family bathroom and two bedrooms.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included. Linen change and cleaning are provided on a weekly basis. Beach and Pool towels are not provided.

Local Area Details

The beautiful beach at Foz do Arelho is 1 mile and there are many other beaches such as Sao Martinho and Nazare within easy driving distance.

Praia del Rei golf, Bom Sucesso golf and design resort, Golden Eagle Golf are all approx 20 miles away. Royal Obidos golf is due to open this summer 2011.

Lisbon Airport is 50 miles via the A8 motorway. Driving time about 40 minutes. Car Hire is highly recommended.

Nearest restaurants mini market and bars are 1 mile away in the village of Foz do Arelho. The Market Town of Caldas da Rainha is 4 miles. The medieval walled town of Obidos is only 11 miles. World Heritage sites of Alcobaca and Batalha are just along the coastal motorway and day trips can be made to Cascais Coimbra and Evora. There is a bank and cash machine in the village. There is also a windsurfing school by the side of the lagoon, a choice of beach restaurants for fresh fish and several beach side bars for snacks and drinks.

This property has a tourist rental licence (unlike most).
