We are sure that you will enjoy your vacation with us. For the young at heart, family, sport group, business group, we offer it all.
We have off-road parking, washer and dryer facilities at the administation office. We accept payment by Master Card, Visa, Amex, Cheque or cash.
Resevations for a week require a $150 deposit. If you cancel less than one month in advance of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. We also require a credit card to reserve.
Local Area DetailsOur cottages are located in Charlo, NB. Located nearby we have a indoor swimming pool and gymnasium, crusie boat, deep sea fishing, whale watching, golf course, cross-country and down-hill skiing, snowmobile trails, restaurants, museum, bird estuaries and more. For a relaxing vacation with all the comforts of home, our area is the place to visit.
For direction purposes. Take exit 385. Turn right if you are coming from Bathurst and left if you are coming from Campbellton. Drive 1 klm until you reach the Irving Mainway, Turn left. Drive 2 klms and we are located on your left facing the beach with a large sign.

| Heron's Nest Cottages offers 30 rooms distributed among 15 chalets with a magnificent view of the mountains and the gaspe coast. Enjoy our sunrise and sunset while relaxing on you patio. Walk one of the longest natural sandbars in the world. Go birdwatching, walk or bike on our nature trail accessible from cottage 15. Enjoy local festivals, take a cruise, go fishing and much much more. We have a playground on site for the children, as well as horseshoe, volleyball and badmington.
In the winter time enjoy hundreds of klms of well groomed trails located right here in Charlo or down-hill ski at Sugarloaf park less than fifteen minutes from the chalets. Go snowmobiling for hundreds of miles on the NB trails.
We offer a fully equiped conference room with flip chart, micrwave, fridge, overhead projector, two bathrooms, (shower not included, seating for 30 plus four sofa beds. $80 plus tax per day. Ideal for your business meeting, family event, or special occasion. Rent a cottage and receive $10 off for every cottage rented.
