Former barn completely restored situated in quiet and panoramic location enjoying beautiful and extensive views over the surrounding landscape. The house was converted into 3 apartments all of which pleasantly furnished in a local country style. Distances: Fiano with food shops 300 m, Montespertoli with all kinds of shops 6 km, San Gimignano 22 km, Florence 30 km, Siena and Volterra 40 km. At guests' disposal: furnished garden, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - maximum depth 1,80 m - open from 14/05 to 01/10) and shared barbecue. Each apartment is provided with a private equipped terrace. Shared washing-machine. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Covered parking within the grounds. By arrangement it is possible to hire a baby bed € 50 / per week to be paid locally. Maid service available on request € 15 / per hour payable on the spot. The guests can also enjoy shared use of a large room where it is possible to taste and to buy local products.
