CHEZ LUQUETt is a charming, hillside farmhouse with its own swimming pool
and pretty views over vines, woodland, maize and grazing Charolais cattle,
yet only 10 minutes drive from shops, restaurants and tennis.
Accommodation - Chez Luquet has been converted into two independent gites:
LE JARDIN, sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms.
and
LE GRENIER, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms
These can be booked together or separately to suit all sizes of party.
LE GRENIER
Living room: A large airy, comfortably furnished, double aspect living
room with a sunny s.w. facing balcony, oak beams, exposed
stonework and lots of character.
Shower room: With W.C. and handbasin. Separate second W.C.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for 6, including a washing machine, fridge,
freezer, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc.
Bedroom 1: Double bed Bedrooms 2: 2 Single beds Bedroom 3: Bunk beds and
mini table football
LE JARDIN GITE
Lounge: Open fireplace, beamed ceiling, pine dining table, 8 chairs, a 3
seater sofa, cupboards, chests and French windows opening onto a private patio & side garden.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for 8, including a washing machine,
fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc.
Washroom 1: has a bath with showermixer, hand basin, hot towel rail and
W.C.
Washroom 2: Step in shower, hand basin, bidet, hot towel rail.
Second separate W.C.
Bedroom 1: Double bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds.
Bedroom 4:(or Lounge 2)-large enough for 2 single beds, sofa, armchair,
wardrobe, chest of drawers & a folding table tennis table
Outside:
Each gite has a separate, grassed, sitting out area provided with garden furniture and barbecue as well as the two communal grass
terrace near the fenced & gated 32ft x 16ft (9.75m x 4.88m) swimming
pool. The more adventurous can explore the adjoining woods or steep
hillside which make up the 2 acre site.
