lovely roomy villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has magnificent views of Montgo Mountain and the bay of Javea. It is located close to Restaurants, Supermarkets and Tennis courts. There are ample terraces some covered with sun loungers and seating for outside dining and relaxing. The villa is nicely furnished and comes with most modern conveniences including, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, and Sky TV. There are rocky coves and beaches close by and the main sandy beach is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The port and old town of Javea are well worth a visit. There are 2 golf courses in the area and a massive theme park approximately 40 mins away also worth a visit is the water park. The accommodation consists of the following. First floor. Lounge/diner, Bathroom, Kitchen, 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds ample space for an extra bed if required, covered terrace, open terrace from lounge with stairs to swimming pool terrace, roof terrace. Ground floor. 2 Lounges (these can be converted to extra beds if required), 4 Bedrooms (2 double & 2 twins), 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, terrace. The villa can be divided into 3 separate, 2 bedded units for privacy if required. Ideal when holidaying with family and friends.

Local Area Details

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.

Old Town . This is the ancient town centre steeped in medieval history which has largely been preserved throughout the centuries. Here you can wander through the maze of narrow streets and small plazas. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the town. This building dates back to the 15th century, half religious half military. At the side of the church is a beautiful Neo Gothic building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily. The colourful outdoor market takes place every Thursday in the market place.

The Port. This was originally a fishing community but has now become one of the main tourist centres of the town. Here amongst the modern buildings you will find the ancient quarters of narrow streets with the simple whitewashed fishermans houses. It is a lively bustling area with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Just the place to sit and sample the local wines whilst watching the fishing boats bringing in the days catch. From the heart of then port rises the majestic structure of the church of Our Lady of Loreto with a roof which imitates the hull of a ship. The modern Nautical Club at the marina has facilities for all forms of water sports.
