There is a security deposit ranging between $1,500 and $2,500 (depending on the use of the home) that is not applied to your rent, but is refundable minus cleaning expenses. There is also a 10.5% transient occupancy tax that is applied to all rentals less than 30 days (excluding monthly rentals).
Our cancellation policy is such that we return the full amount of the security deposit provided 90 days advance written notice is given. The deposit is subject to forfeiture for any time within 90 days.
