No smoking in cottage or pets allowed. 700 square feet. Southwest exposure (sun most of the day) with a gorgeous view, and a large deck. 150 feet of shoreline & 210 back (pie shaped lot). Comes with canoe, stereo, DVD player, gas bar-b-q, washer, dryer, microwave, stove, fridge etc. Family owned cottage. Maximum of 6 people. Families preferred. Gradual slope from cottage to shore & in water. Approximately 3 & 1/2 feet at the end of the dock. Fully equipped including TV, VCR & telephone. Towels & sheets needed. Blankets supplied. Large front Deck & Interior Engineered hardwood flooring added 2003. 2 week minimum rental preferred in summer. Discount for more than 1 week.
