The hamlet has been tastefully restored with all its original architectural features preserved and turned into 11 large apartments, all of which beautifully furnished and provided with all comforts. The property is in quiet and panoramic location and affords enchanting views over the surrounding green hills. Distances: Borgoforte with food shops 800 m, Castelfiorentino with all kinds of shops 3 km, San Gimignano 20 km, Florence 30 km. Siena and Pisa are within 40 km. A golf course (18 holes) is in a 15-minute drive. At guests’ disposal: large garden furnished with tables and chairs, heated swimming-pool (16 x 9 m – maximum depth 2,50 m – open from 30/04 to 01/10), swimming-pool for children (6 x 6 m – maximum depth 1 m – open from 30/04 to 01/10), bread oven and shared barbecue. Laundry with washing-machine and dryer available. Parking within the grounds. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service available by arrangement € 60 / per apartment to be paid locally. On request it is possible to arrange trekking excursions, mountain-bike trips and tours by vintage cars available at La Francigena. All apartments are provided with air-conditioning and internet access.
