The house, which has been rescued by restoring an old furnace, has been divided into 2 apartments, both very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Distances: Tavarnelle with all kinds of shops 1 km, Barberino 6 km, Florence about 30 km, Siena about 40 km. Pisa and Lucca are reachable in about a 60-minute drive. A secondary road passes close to the house. At guests' disposal: large equipped and fenced garden, swimming-pool (15 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,75 m - open from 30/04 to 01/10) and barbecue to be shared between the 2 apartments. Parking within the grounds. By arrangement it is possible to hire a cot € 52 / per week, to be paid locally. Maid service available by arrangement (payment on the spot). Telephone and iron are at guests' disposal. All 2 apartments can be booked together in order to have an independent house with private swimming-pool for 8 persons.

Thanks to a skilful restoration, the ancient kiln (once used to burn bricks) set right in the middle of the living-room, has been turned into a beautiful central area with nice fireplace where it is possible to seat around. 10 steps lower: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower with jacuzzi, bathroom with jacuzzi tub. By arrangement it is possible to hire an extra bed € 78 / per week, to be paid locally.
