This stunning opulent four-bedroom/three bathroom villa is located at the luxury resort of Hampton Lakes, which is a premier residential resort-style community with many facilities not normally associated with private villas. It is in a peaceful location and yet has the advantage of being located on Hwy. 27, which is close to the 192 with all its restaurants and facilities. Disney is only a 10-minute drive away.
Upon entering the villa there is a large ceramic tiled entrance, leading onto the:

Living room:

This is a spacious open plan room with two large sofas
(4 & 3 seater). For your convenience there is a 27� remote control cable television complete with a video recorder.

To help keep the children occupied there are several board games supplied and also a Microsoft “X Box� console complete with around 10 top games, two controllers and DVD capability.

We have also included some family type videos for those quiet evenings after the theme parks for your family’s enjoyment.

Dining room:

There is a beautiful glass topped wrought iron and marble table, complete with six chairs in this room with ample space for large more formal family dining.

Kitchen:

The large luxuriously fitted kitchen is complete with built in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, refrigerator with icemaker and an oven with hob. The kitchen also contains all the accessories that you would ever need eg: cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, liquidiser, food mixer, kettle and toaster etc. There is also a long breakfast bar alongside the kitchen.

Family room:

This is the largest of the living areas with 2 large sofas (4 & 3 seater) an armchair and occasional furniture.

The room also contains an entertainment centre complete with 27� remote control stereo cable television, and stereo video recorder.

Also in this centre is a Hi-Fi system for tapes and CDs.There is also a DVD player along with more than a dozen DVD movies for your enjoyment. Inside the entertainment centre there are also several board games, puzzles, dominos, cards, etc.

Bedroom 1 & 2:

The 2 main bedrooms are both en-suite and have queen sized beds with hardwood headboards and footboards, complete with high quality Slumberland mattresses. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets, one of them containing a superior quality foldaway “Z� bed for larger groups of guests. There is also a high chair and cot provided. One of the bedrooms overlooks the swimming pool.

Each of the on-suite bathrooms contains a bath, vanity unit, shower and toilet and hairdryer.

Bedrooms 3 & 4:

There are two further bedrooms each having 2 single beds, complete with hardwood headboard and footboard, again with Slumberland mattresses. Each room has a nightstand, reading lamp, built in wardrobes (with plenty of space) and there is also a third bathroom next to these bedrooms, again containing vanity unit, toilet, bath, shower, and hairdryer.

Nook:

Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook which contains a beautiful glass topped wrought iron table complete with four chairs.

Leading out from the nook through sliding glass doors is the pool and sundeck. We also have child alarms fitted to all windows and doors leading to the pool area, for your children’s safety.

Pool:

The upgraded (30’ x 15’) swimming pool, which is covered by a fully enclosed screen, is complete with patio furniture and sun-loungers.

It has a large sundeck which is ideal for breakfasts, evening meals or simply watching the nightly Disney fireworks display from the comfort of your own floodlit pool, whilst enjoying a long cool drink!

The pool has an optional electric heater for those slightly cooler winter months.

Local Area Details

For those that enjoy a more active lifestyle, Hampton Lakes has its own on-site facilities including two floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball. There is also a children’s play area and a large communal swimming pool complete with cabana. In addition, there are over 20 challenging golf courses within a 30-minute drive, with courses to beckon pros and novices alike, including Greg Norman’s world famous “Champions Gate� situated at the rear of Hampton Lakes.
