Just 25 minutes from Faro Airport, Villa Rafales is a charming detached 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool. It has 3 bathrooms with showers, 2 being en-suite. The upper 2 bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a sun terrace which is ideal for early morning coffee, sunbathing or late night drinks. The ground floor bedroom leads onto the main patio/garden area. In the master bedroom we have a double bed and plenty of wardrobe hanging space, the other two rooms have 2 single beds in each, again with lots of wardrobe space. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed and cot available for use. The lounge and the dining room are both spacious and well furnished. Satellite TV (selected channels only) and a video are installed for your use as well as a DVD player and CD/cassette player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the ovenware, crockery, cutlery etc. you may need. We have a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee filter machine, iron. Other items in the kitchen are an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer etc. etc. etc. The water is heated by a solar panel but there is also the back up of a gas water heater if the sun does not come out (you're not likely to need it though). The pool is set in a lovely garden which has a barbeque area and outside shower - there are plenty of sun loungers, outdoor tables, parasol, chairs and so on.
Local Area DetailsWe are located on a private housing estate which is only 3 minutes walk to the Pinhal Golf Clubhouse where you can enjoy the driving range or a round or two of golf. A short walk (15 - 20 minutes) takes you to the marina, beach, shops, restaurants and bars - it is in a safe perfect location for families and golfers.
We have a regular maid service, a gardener/pool attendant and for added security a villa manager.
