This wonderful characteristic villa finished in the local granite, is full of charm and set in the seaside village of Baia Vignola, 5 minutes from the enchanting Porto Vignola with 3 fabulous white sand beaches plus restaurants, shops and bars. The villa consists of a large lounge with T.V., double sofabed and French windows leading to the terrace plus dining and kitchen area, also a bathroom with all commodities. Double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom, 3rd bedroom with twin beds and 2nd bathroom with all facilities including washing machine. Outside is a large patio garden with built in barbecue and views towards the countryside at the back, whilst at the front there is a garden with views seaward. There is also an additional outside shower and sink for after beach, making a very comfortable villa for the ideal family holiday.
Local Area DetailsA 10 minute drive will take you to the typical Sardinian village of Aglientu, where you will find amenities all year round, including fresh bread, fish, vegetables and pasta as well as local organic meat also restaurants, bars, bank, post office and an old "fontana" with excellent natural mineral water. A short drive along the coast takes you to the picturesque town of Santa Teresa di Gallura, where you can take boat trips to nearby islands including Corsica. You will also find excellent local fresh fish restaurants and close by Capo Testa is worth a visit for the spectacular landscape.
Situated on the eastern side of the beautiful north coast with easy access of both east and north coasts, which are full of white sandy beaches, crystal clear seas, hidden bays and coves and much more to be discovered, you will find locals selling freshly grown fruit and vegetables, local cheeses, wine and fresh fish along the coast road.
There are many local festivals and all are invited, the Sardinians are known for their warm hospitality. Above all in Sardinia you will find tranquillity, with its miles of unspoilt coastline and countryside, it remains one of the few "undiscovered" holiday islands left in Europe and only 2 hours from Stanstead.

There is a compulsory charge of €30 per person to cover water, gas, electricity and linen. Linen and bathroom towels are changed weekly. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival.
