You are in the center of Puerto del Carmen, which is Lanzarote's premier Holiday resort, a few steps out of your apartment and you become part of a different world.
The quiet most pleasant position of this two bedroom apartment situated in a private complex with pool and the central location make it a very desirable place to stay, especially for the holidaymaker who would like to spend his or her valuable time at a sunny beach, and without having to go for miles to any shop, restaurant or bar could not wish for any better.
This first floor apartment has one twin and one double bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a lounge. The kitchen offers oven, hob, micro-wave, fridge and washing machine. The lounge has a TV, radio, a sofa bed and is facing a sunny terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool. All linen and towelling is supplied, but please bring your own beach towels

You may never want to use the pool as the main sandy beach is only a three minutes walk away.

In the evenings you can take a stroll along the beach promenade and if you are feeling lucky you may want to have a go at the Casino which is also close to your apartment.
Lanzarote has become known as a family resort where you still find plenty to do for the young and not so old, without breaking the bank.
