Thirty minutes from the nearest beach (Cannes, St Raphael).
The villa comprises a spacious lounge with large fire place, TV/video and CD player, dining room and American kitchen with separate utility room. Microwave, oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine all included. Three sets of French windows lead from the lounge and dining room area onto the terrace overlooking the pool. A separate sliding window form the dining area leads to a large covered barbecue area, complete with sink. Toilet and cupboard downstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs. One double room comes with ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are twin rooms. Cenral heating. All windows have external wooden shutters. The front drive is protected by electrically operated gates with telephone access.
