It is equipped with a fireplace, thermostatically controlled radiators and ceiling fans. There is a full kitchen with dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board & iron.
The living room has 2 sofas with seating for 6 people, Satellite TV, DVD player, Portable CD player and radio.
Outside you will find a mature garden with many fruit trees, plenty of terraces (open and covered), 6 sun loungers, patio furniture and a built in BBQ. A covered car port is also available for parking.
Local Area DetailsSalobrena beaches, bars, shops, and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Two other local towns are within 15 minutes; Motril and Almunecar are very Spanish with market days and plazas.
For nightlife Malaga has it all with its clubs, restaurants, and bars and during the day there are excellent shops and a bustling port. If you are a golfer, there are a couple of golf courses local to our villa, closest is 5 minutes east of town at Campo de los Moriscos. If you prefer cultural/historic visits, the historic city of Granada is a mere 45 minute drive with its enchanting Alhambra Castle. Only just an hour away is the international ski-resort in the often snow–capped Sierra Nevada.
The large community swimming pool, toddlers pool, playground, and tennis court are 5 minutes walk away and free of charge to our guests.

Deposits
Booking deposit of 25% of total rental amount with Booking, balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival. A damage deposit of 225 euros will be required with final payment. It is repayable in case of a satisfactory checkout i.e. no damage loss except normal wear and tear. Please enquire for details.
Fees & Taxes
Final cleaning fee of 85 euros for stays less than 2 weeks. Everything else included. For stays longer than 2 weeks, bathroom towels and linen are changed weekly.
