Fuchsia Cottage, Le Crann, is a delightful 16th century Breton cottage full of character and charm. The cottage has its own private garden and is set in four acres of landscaped gardens including its own beautiful pine forest. The cottage is situated within five minutes drive of the beautiful River Blavet where you can enjoy coarse fishing, canoeing and walking or cycling along the scenic towpaths. The beautiful inland sea of the Golf of Morbihan with its many lovely sandy beaches is within 30/45 mins drive, and there are many other places of interest to visit including the medieval towns of Vannes and Auray.

Fuchsia Cottage sleeps six in three bedrooms and has a charming beamed lounge with large granite fireplace, wood burning stove and well-equipped kitchen. There are two six metre adjoining heated pools set in the main gardens. The pools enjoy full sun from early morning to late evening. There is also a separate children’s play area where you will find a climbing frame with swings and a slide.

The River Blavet is within five minutes drive of the cottage and there are many places along the River Blavet for walks, cycling along the towpaths, hiring canoes, or just picnicking on the riverbank. For day to day shopping there is a local supermarket at Bubry (ten mins drive), the nearby town of Baud and Pontivy also offer excellent supermarkets and a whole range of local shops and several good restaurants.
