The villa is spacious and will sleep 10 comfortably; it has been professionally furnished and is well equipped throughout, with many luxury features. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with King size beds luxurious bathrooms with walk in showers and two person corner baths, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room with a Queen size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and laundry room. It also boasts a full size Games Room. If preferred there are two foldaway beds stored on the property. We have a cot, pushchair, highchair and playpen for our smaller guests! There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fitted with a full sized ceramic top cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle etc. All cooking and dining requirements are provided. The laundry room has large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. All bedrooms have closets and hangers and all linen (including towels) is supplied.

To the rear is a covered Lanai and large 26’ x 13’ Pool and Spa with extended decking that is in the sunshine all day so you can sunbathe to your heart’s content. If it gets too hot, you can retreat to the welcome shade of the fan-cooled Lanai, the choice is yours. The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in - but keep the bugs out and is equipped with luxuriously upholstered pool / patio furniture. The plots on Tuscan Ridge are much bigger than normal so you will not feel crammed in by your neighbours. The rear of the property has been planted to ensure privacy and provide a lovely setting to relax by the pool. It is equipped with pool furniture and ceiling fan so you can bathe in the sun or retreat to the welcome shade of the patio, the choice is yours.

The family room has Cable TV with DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment. All the bedrooms have their own TV one includes a Play station to keep the younger guests amused. A selection of games and books are also provided. A telephone is installed which provides all local and toll free numbers free of charge. Long distance and international calls are available.

The Air Conditioned Games Room houses Pool Table, Air Hockey, Fussball and Electronic Dartboard.

The villa is equipped with a PC which has free high speed Internet access.
All phone calls to USA, Canada, UK and Western Europe are provided free of charge.

For your security we have provided a safe to store your valuables and the villa is protected by a security alarm system.

The management company is based two minutes away and will be pleased to help should you experience any problems.

Local Area Details

Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful community bordered by orange groves and with communal tennis courts and children’s play area. Close by on the US27 are many restaurants and shops and a few minutes away is the US192 with all of its attractions, shops and eating establishments. There are several golf courses within 10 minutes of the villa including the Greg Norman designed course at Champions gate.

Within easy reach of your Holiday Home there is plenty to do and see in what is undoubtedly the entertainment capital of the world “ Orlando “. In addition to Disney World with all its theme parks there is Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea world a choice of Water Parks and much much more such as Golf, Mini golf, Horse riding, Tennis, Shooting, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Live Theatre, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Boating - including air boats, Balloon rides and Helicopter rides. About a 45-minute drive away is the Kennedy Space Centre where visitors can learn all about space travel an exciting environment, which takes entertainment technology to new heights! The latest addition to the Space Centre tour is the Apollo-Saturn 5 Centre with its 365 foot rocket dominating the vast hangar And any visit to Orlando is not complete without at least one trip to see the most famous mouse in the world - Mickey, of course. There's always something new at Walt Disney World.

For anyone not into theme parks, there are plenty of other things on offer. For example, shopaholics will be in seventh heaven as there are lots of discount designer shops and factory outlets signposted along the freeway.
Down the road at Universal Studios, there's a theme park called Islands of Adventure and at a price tag of nearly £1.2 billion, it's a fairly grand affair, The park is divided into six distinct islands all situated around a lake, Each island has a different theme from cartoon characters to Jurassic Park , and on top of that it's got at least 11 major state-of-the-art rides that are definitely not for those with a weak stomach.

If you fancy something more gentle, head for Disney's Animal Kingdom (just half an hour's ride away). It's a recreation of natural habitats from around the globe. There aren't so many 'thrill' rides here: it's more sedate and child-friendly. One of the highlights of this year, is the daily Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade.
