A brand new apartment situated at Algorfa near La Finca golf course.
Algorfa is a typical sleepy Spanish village with a small number of local shops, bars and a restaurant, yet only 20 minutes drive from the bustling seaside town of Torrevieja, 25 minutes from the delightful resort of
Guardamar del Segura and within an hour of a variety of other attractions.
There is one bedroom with two single beds and the sofa bed will sleep 2 children or 1 adult.
The lounge has a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and four chairs, sideboard and TV with DVD player - please bring your own DVD's (you are unable to get English TV channels). There is a window and patio doors that lead out on to the balcony which has a patio table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, electric hob and oven and fridge/freezer.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 lamps, fitted wardrobe, hangers and blankets for the winter.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, bath and over the bath shower. There is a window in the bathroom.
Additional items include 2 table fans, iron, ironing board, airer, brush, mop and bucket.
There will be a communal pool, however this is not available at the moment.
Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) will be provided.
Suitable for couples, families and golfers. Pets not allowed. There is an entry system for the apartments. There are stairs, and a lift, also ramps to the front of the property for wheelchairs/pushchairs.
No smoking in the apartment, smoking permitted on the balcony.
La Finca golf course, which is close to this property, is a 72 handicap, 6,400 metre course set amongst olive trees and landscaping.

Beach towels, travel cot and high chair can be provided at an additional charge.
