This is a brand new, well equipped townhouse situated at Algorfa. La Finca golf course is a 2 minute drive. The townhouse has stunning views over the countryside from the roof solarium which has constant sunshine.
The outside has off-road parking and a sheltered porch, great for al fresco dining.
The lounge comprises; ceiling fan, 3 seater sofa bed, 2 rocking chairs, coffee table, pictures, electric heater, wall unit, TV with 13 English channels, DVD/CD player (a selection of CD's and DVD's are provided for your enjoyment), variety of drinking glasses.
A downstairs guest facility; toilet and sink.
The fully tiled kitchen contains fridge/freezer, water heater, electric hob and oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery iron, ironing board and cooking utensils.
Stairs with a coloured glass window lead up to the two bedrooms and main bathroom.
The main bedroom has a ceiling fan, double bed, fitted wardrobes, shelving units, hangers, bedside tables, lamps, rugs, pictures and hairdryer. Off the main bedroom you have a large balcony with table and chairs and a metal spiral staircase leading to the large sunny roof solarium with fantastic views of the surrounding area. There are 2 sunloungers, and a washing line.
The twin bedroom, with ceiling fan light, has 2 single beds, bedside table, lamp, chest of 3 drawers, rug, fitted wardrobe, storage unit with drawers and hangers.
The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, bidet, bath, over the bath shower, sink with vanity unit and mirror.
Outside furniture consists altogether of 6 patio chairs, 1 patio table, 2 sun loungers.
There is a communal swimming pool a short walk away.
Bed linen and towels are included (except beach/pool towels). Blankets are available for the winter.
Ideal accommodation for golfers and families.
Unsuitable for wheelchairs.
No smoking inside the townhouse, smoking permitted on balcony's, solarium or area at the rear of the property. No pets.
Beaches are a 15 minute drive.
A car would be required.
Algorfa has a pretty, quiet square which is just off the main road where a small market is held every Wednesday.
La Finca golf course, which is close to this property, is a 72 handicap, 6,400 metre course set amongst olive trees and landscaping.

| You will be met at the property on your arrival. A welcome pack will be provided. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay. Final cleaning included.
To reserve accommodation:
A deposit of £50 per week is required, with signed agreement and booking form to secure the booking. Balance in £ sterling is due 8 weeks before departure, or if paying by Euros, on arrival at the property.
An additional key/security deposit of £100/€150 is also required this is refunded in full when the keys are returned, subject to there being no damage and no excess cleaning required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
Items available at additional cost:
Travel cot, high chair and beach/pool towels.
There are no extra charges for welcome pack or cleaning. |
