The Crown Jewel is a luxurious four bedroom property, located in a gated community right on the shores of Monterey Bay, about 15 minutes from Monterey and 20 minutes from Carmel. The location is very secluded, and the community includes a swimming pool, spa/jacuzzi and four tennis courts.
The home has two king-size master suites, plus a king and queen-size in the other two bedrooms. The full kitchen has two refrigerators, built-in microwave over the range, wet bar and plenty of glasses and dishes for entertaining. The home features a fireplace, four televisions, VCR, satellite TV, two-car garage, weber barbecue, crib/playpen and washer and dryer in the home.
Local Area DetailsThe Monterey Bay area has twenty golf courses within 20 miles, including world-famous Pebble Beach. It is home to the Monterey Jazz Festival, the National Steinbeck Center, the Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, the AT&T Pro-Am, the Concours d'Elegance and the Monterey Blues festival. Laguna Seca racing course is home to the Superbike races, the Indy-car CART races, CHAMP races and the Vintage car races.
