This mid terraced 19th century cottage has been recently renovated and completly refurbished.

Two sitting rooms, large well equipped fully fitted kitchen with dining area the property is particularly suitable for families. There is a large bathroom on the ground floor.

There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one twin bedded room and a shower room on the first floor.

Outside a large garden, spacious patio with hardwood furniture, barbecue and childs play area ensures guests are well catered for.

Facilities include full gas central heating, satellite tv, video, automatic washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Cot and highchair available on request at no extra charge.

It is within easy reach of Pembrey Country Park with its award winning 8 mile long Cefn Sidan beach and within walking distance of the Ashburnham Golf course. Easy travelling distance to the Gower peninsular and Pembrokeshire.

With its abundance of castles, gardens and sports facilities there is something here for all ages and interests.
