This elegant 2-3 bedroom apartment is situated in the popular area of Campoverde. It is situated slightly lower than ground level and has 2 bedrooms, a large spacious living/dining area, shower-room, kitchen and parking on the gated driveway. The 3rd bedroom is situated in the tower on the 2nd floor and has an en-suite shower-room. The property has a private swimming pool and air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and living/dining room.
The property can be split to accommodate 4 or 6 people. 4 people would accommodate the 2 bedrooms on the lower ground floor whilst an extra 2 people can accommodate the 2nd floor tower bedroom. The tower room is not available if less than 6 people are accommodating the property. The 1st floor of the property is not available for rental and is used solely by the owners, who do not occupy the property when guests are in residence. Therefore all of the exterior areas will be available for your sole use during your stay.
There are 3 spacious outside seating areas that you can use; around the pool, a balcony with sun blind on the 1st floor and the sunny 2nd floor where there are views of the sea.
The spacious living/dining area has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and a leather looking chair. There is a large marble table and 6 chairs, a wall unit, stereo, television, DVD player, glass coffee table, rug, pictures, windows to the front of the property, electric heater and air-conditioning.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chest of 4 drawers, 2 large fitted wardrobes, picture, electric heater, windows looking out to the side of the property and air-conditioning.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 large fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chest of 3 drawers, mirror, electric heater, air-conditioning and a floor standing fan.
The fully tiled and fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, table and 2 chairs. The kitchen door leads out to the bar-b-que/pool area.
The tiled shower-room, with window is located between the kitchen and main bedroom, it has a sink with vanity unit below, mirror, bidet, toilet and walk in shower with shower curtain.
When you book for 6 people you will also have access to the 3rd bedroom located in the 2nd floor tower, which has a double bed, 3 windows with views to the sea and a fully tiled en-suite bathroom with sink and vanity unit beneath, mirror, toilet and walk in shower with shower curtain, the shower room also has a window.
The private pool is maintained all year round. There is a stone bar-b-que, sunloungers, a hammock, outside marble dining table with benches and a sun umbrella. If you enjoy a game of table tennis, there is also a table for your use.
Located on the first floor there is a seating area with a rattan table with a glass top and 4 rattan chairs, there is a large sun canopy that can shade this area.
Outside of the tower room on the 2nd floor there is another large seating or sun-bathing area.
If there are 6 people in your party and 2 are young children then the owners have no objection to the children sleeping on air-beds (both bedrooms on the lower floor are large and can accommodate air-beds).
This is an absolutely fabulous property which we are certain will book very quickly, so book your holiday early to avoid disappointment.
A car would be recommended when booking this property.
You are a 10 minute drive to the beach. There is a Mercadona supermarket in Pilar de la Horadada. Gama and Dicost supermarkets in Campoverde (old part). Restaurants and bars are accessible in Campoverde (old part) and Pilar de la Horadada.
Golf courses are approximately 20 minutes drive.
The town of Torrevieja is a 40 minute drive. Pilar de la Horadada 5 minute drive, San Pedro 10 minute drive.
Markets nearby; San Pedro on a Monday. Campoverde on a Sunday morning. Pilar de la Horadada on a Friday afternoon.
Horse-riding and Jet-skiing (summer only) is at Campoamor, 30 minutes drive.
Alicante airport is about 60 minutes drive, Murcia airport about 20 minutes drive.
The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are provided.
The apartment is suitable for families, and there are ramps for wheelchairs.
No pets. The apartment and tower room is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
